Customers within the European Union: Orders are shipped from one of our warehouses located in Lithuania, Poland, or Germany, depending on which is closest to your location.
Customers in the United Kingdom: Orders are shipped from our UK warehouse to ensure faster delivery and no customs fees.
Customers outside Europe: Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Lithuania.

Estimated delivery times:

European Union: 2–7 business days
United Kingdom: 1-3 business days
Outside Europe: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your country’s postal service or customs procedures.

Shipping Insurance

At checkout, you can choose to add shipping insurance to your order.
If you select this option, your shipment will be fully covered in case of damage during transit.
In the event your parcel arrives damaged, we will either:

Send you a replacement item, or
Issue a full refund — depending on your preference.

To claim insurance coverage, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the damaged package and product.
